Reservations
Reservations must be made by sending a message and, after confirmation, they require payment of an advance of 50% of the cost of the stay.
After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email with the established conditions and instructions for paying the advance.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made via email:

Cancellations up to 31 days before the check-in date will result in a refund of the amount advanced on the reservation.

Cancellations between 31 and 10 days before the check-in date will result in the loss of the advance amount (50%).

Cancellations less than 10 days before check-in date will result in full payment for the reserved period.

Any extra expenses will be borne by the customer.

A single cleaning service fee of €85 will be added to the cost of your stay , to be paid at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Deposit: At Check-in, a deposit of € 250.00 must be paid to ensure coverage for possible damages , which will be returned at Check-out.
Check-in: from 17:00 and Check-out : until 11:00
